The Chairman of the company is Mr. Olugbenga Onigbogi. He is a 1979 graduate of Economics of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife. He started as a Trainee Accountant with Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982, and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1992
He joined NAL Merchant Bank Limited in 1983 and held management positions in the Credit and Marketing, Treasury, and Capital Market Departments before he resigned in 1991 to establish Horizon Building Society Limited (Mortgage Bankers). He thereafter established other businesses, which include: Horizon Properties Limited, Magnificat Shipping Lines Ltd among others. He was appointed a non-Executive Director of Wema Bank Plc and served on the board of the Bank between 1995 and 1998. He later won election into the House of Representative between 1999 and 2003. Hon Onigbogi is also a director of Orashi Oil and Gas Limited, a member firm of Seven Energy Ltd, a company in joint venture with British Gas Exploration & Production Nig. Ltd and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on OPL 332 (Oil Block).
He won his re-election in the 2007 general elections into the House of Representatives (National Assembly) where he was the Deputy Chairman Committee on Solid Minerals and member committees on appropriation, Capital Markets and Poverty Alleviation.
