HSBL obtained the licence as Capital Market Operators from the Nigerian Stock Exchange and on the 5th of August 1999, the company obtained the licence of the apex regulatory authority of the Capital Market - The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as a Broker/Dealer in all quoted securities.
